Advance Peace is seeking a dynamic, experienced National Training Director to lead thedevelopment and delivery of our Community Violence Intervention (CVI) training programs. This roleis central to strengthening CVI organizations and their workforce nationwide, and to positioning Advance Peace as a leading voice in the national CVI field.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering closely with the Executive Team and localAP teams, the National Training Director will build out Advance Peace's national traininginfrastructure — curricula, certification standards, evaluation tools, and trainer networks — whileserving as the organization's Senior Trainer. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in violenceinterruption, crisis response, and training program development, along with the credibility to
represent Advance Peace among CVI leaders nationally.
This is a remote position which requires consistent, regular local and domestic travel, with occasional evening orweekend work.
