• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in title review, closing, funding or post-closing of residential mortgage loans.
• Industry experience required.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor communications to ensure timely responses.
• Daily coordination and communication with Lenders.
• Obtain advice from clients to effectively clear title.
• Reconcile loans in pipeline weekly to confirm all have been reviewed and worked accurately.
• Telephone customer service support.
• Provide general assistance with internal communications with other teams to ensure timely delivery of searches.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively handle client communications via phone and email.
• Follow processes and procedures in daily activities and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to team results and help achieve goals.
