Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree‑seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work successfully in a high‑energy, fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Internal Communications: Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
• Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
• Culture & Recognition: Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
• Feedback & Analytics: Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure the success of internal campaigns.
