Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a GPU Software Engineer with deep CUDA expertise to design and optimize compute-heavy workloads on modern accelerator hardware for AI training, inference, HPC, and data processing.

This remote, full-time role partners with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous requirements into high-performance kernels, libraries, and ML primitives, while driving production-ready quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE or related field.
• 10+ years of GPU programming and performance engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in CUDA C/C++ and GPU programming models.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance CUDA kernels for AI and HPC workloads.
• Profile and optimize GPU code using Nsight Systems/Compute and CUDA profilers.
• Tune memory access, occupancy, and shared memory for peak performance.
• Develop optimized libraries for linear algebra and ML primitives.
• Coordinate multi-GPU/multi-node training with NCCL and high-speed interconnects.
• Integrate custom kernels into ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, Triton).
• Collaborate with ML engineers to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Create benchmarks and regression tests to ensure performance over time.
