Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced Career & Technical Education (CTE) Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, experience with diverse learners, and strong virtual instruction skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction.
• Create structured lesson plans aligned with career pathways and credentials.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on engagement and milestones.
• Track student progress and communicate with families and coordinators regarding skill mastery and readiness.
