Job summary

Tutor Me Education seeks experienced Career & Technical Education (CTE) instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. Work fully remote from home, set your schedule, and negotiate your hourly rate per job based on scope.

We require a bachelor’s degree, experience with students who have education needs, and strong online teaching skills including video conferencing and digital whiteboards. A background check and reliable tech setup are also needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

• Create structured lesson plansthat align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials.
• Adapt instruction in real timebased on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, bringing real-world industry context into the virtual classroom.
• Track student progressand communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.
