Ohio Virtual Academy (OHVA) seeks a High School CTE Engineering Teacher, 9-12, to deliver course content online, monitor progress, and guide students toward post-secondary goals. The role centers on synchronous teaching, data-driven instruction, and family collaboration.

Candidates must hold active state teaching credentials with CTE validation or high school certification with CTE validation and be willing to travel for testing and professional development as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and six months of student teaching experience.
• Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher (NCLB).
• Ability to obtain Ohio Certification and travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Takes ownership for student progress and attendance; maintains high expectations.
• Prepares students for high-stakes standardized tests.
• Conducts live synchronous teaching (minimum 15 hours per week).
• Collaborates with others regarding instruction, resources and data.
