Longbridge Financial is seeking a customer service representative (CSR) in Paramus, NJ. The role focuses on creating sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team by handling inbound inquiries about the reverse mortgage program and making outbound calls.

You will typically dial 100+ times per day and meet defined production metrics. We offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k) with match, PTO, and a commission-based incentive program.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone.
• Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product.
• Mortgage industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Training will be held in the Houston office.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls
• Initiate outbound calls
• Create interest in reverse mortgage program
• Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted
• Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team
• Create appointments for follow up
• Mail information packets to customers
• Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
