Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Virginia. You will resolve member concerns, document conversations, and assist with scheduling, changes, and cancellations. This role requires strong communication and the ability to handle high call volumes in a 24/7 environment.

You must reside in Virginia, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is conducted on camera for the first 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills in English.
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously while on calls.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Follow company procedures and document interactions accurately.
• Input accurate trip data in systems.
• Educate members on services and insurance coverage.
