ModMed is seeking a Project Manager, CS Operations, to drive end-to-end project execution across Customer Success initiatives. You will coordinate with Product, Sales, and Accounting to align on scope, timelines, and resources, while tracking risks and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project management for CS Operations initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across CS, Product, Sales, and Accounting.
• Track risks and dependencies; escalate roadblocks and drive mitigation.
• Support operational readiness for product launches and process updates.
• Maintain project dashboards and regular status reports.
• Improve CS project management workflows for efficiency.
