BlueCube invites a Transaction Monitoring Analyst to review alerts and investigate potentially suspicious activity across fiat and crypto transactions, working remotely from the Philippines. You will own each alert from initial review to documented outcome, using Chainalysis KYT and other tools, weighing risks and escalating when necessary.

The role requires 3+ years in AML, strong English, and flexibility for a global schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AML or financial crime operations.
• Experience with fintech or regulated crypto.
• Knowledge of money laundering typologies and sanctions risk.
• Experience with transaction monitoring tools and case management systems.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Investigate transaction monitoring alerts on fiat and crypto activity, looking at customer history.
• Analyse deposits, withdrawals, counterparties, and flow of funds to spot patterns.
• Assess on-chain exposure using KYT and evaluate risk vs. source of funds.
• Escalate when mandatory criteria are met or when evidence is inconclusive.
• Document clear narratives and keep case records up to date.
