Job summary

Blockmasonry is seeking a Crypto Fund & Portfolio Specialist for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will manage and optimize digital asset portfolios and investment funds, monitor markets, analyze performance, and rebalance according to fund strategies and risk guidelines.

You will collaborate with investment and operations teams on fund structuring, cash flow management, and investor reporting, while preparing performance and exposure reports and ensuring accurate holdings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• CFA/CAIA or crypto-focused coursework is a plus.
• Experience in investments/portfolio management, particularly with crypto or alternative assets.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and performance attribution.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data dashboards.
• Excellent communication and ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Remote work capability with strong time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare performance and exposure reports for investors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor crypto markets and analyze performance metrics.
• Execute portfolio rebalancing in line with fund strategies and risk guidelines.
• Support fund structuring, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance.
• Research new tokens, protocols, and investment opportunities.
• Enhance internal models, processes, and tools for portfolio analysis.
