A blockchain-focused technology firm is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead hedge-fund-style crypto trading strategies. This remote role requires a senior investment professional with proven experience managing crypto portfolios and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Responsibilities include portfolio construction, risk management, and unique execution strategies. The position offers a base salary of $185,000 – $275,000 plus performance-based incentives. Candidates must be U.S. citizens authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing crypto hedge fund or proprietary trading portfolios with direct P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of crypto market structure, derivatives, funding dynamics, and liquidity behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to manage leverage and control downside risk in high-volatility environments.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage hedge-fund-style crypto portfolios across spot, futures, perpetuals, and approved derivatives.
• Own capital allocation, position sizing, leverage utilization, and drawdown management.
• Identify and exploit inefficiencies related to liquidity, volatility, funding rates, and market structure.
