Job summary

DFG (Dynamic Fintech Group LLC) seeks a Crypto Portfolio & Risk Associate to research digital-asset markets, analyze tokenomics, and assess portfolio risk across Web3. This fully remote role is based in Spain and requires strong financial analysis and crypto market knowledge.

You will monitor Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, NFTs, and DeFi trends; prepare risk reports and investment briefs; and collaborate with strategy teams to translate data into actionable strategies for diversification and risk

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial analysis, investment research, portfolio analysis, risk management, or cryptocurrency markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency market dynamics.
• Familiarity with portfolio diversification, asset allocation, volatility analysis, and risk-management principles.
• Knowledge of tokenomics, DeFi, NFTs, and emerging Web3 business models.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Python, SQL, or data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret market data, assess investment risks, and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Degree or studies in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research cryptocurrencies, digital assets, blockchain projects, and emerging Web3 investment opportunities.
• Monitor Bitcoin, Ethereum, major altcoins, NFT markets, and relevant digital-asset sectors.
• Analyze price movements, market volatility, liquidity, correlations, and portfolio performance.
• Evaluate tokenomics, asset fundamentals, market positioning, and long-term growth potential.
• Support portfolio allocation, diversification, exposure monitoring, and risk-management analysis.
• Identify potential downside risks, market concentration, liquidity constraints, and changing market conditions.
• Research DeFi protocols, token-based ecosystems, digital ownership, and emerging blockchain applications.
• Track macroeconomic developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting cryptocurrency markets.
• Prepare portfolio reports, risk assessments, investment briefs, and market research presentations.
• Collaborate with research and strategy teams to identify opportunities and communicate data-driven insights.
