Alpaca, a US-headquartered broker-dealer, is seeking a role focused on monitoring customer activity, supporting AML investigations, and onboarding. You will handle day-to-day operations including KYC, account approvals, and cash management tasks while collaborating with global teams.

The position emphasizes ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced regulatory environment. You will contribute to improving workflows and interact with internal and external partners, with core hours around 9am–5pm

Competenze

• 3+ years in broker-dealer, financial services, trading or crypto ops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Interest in or familiarity with cryptocurrency.

Mansioni

• Monitor daily activity and surveillance of customer actions.
• Support AML program and investigations from suspicious activity.
• Assist with onboarding including KYC and account approvals.
• Review general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Drive improvements in workflows, policies, and tools.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
