Job summary

Inca Digital, Inc. is building a new digital asset protection platform and seeks a marketing/communications operator to own the public-facing side from day one. You’ll shape the brand voice and run the launch end-to-end, with support from designers and marketing peers.

The role targets a crypto-native communicator with 3–6 years of startup or tech marketing experience, capable of managing content across video, text, and posts while moving quickly in a remote, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of marketing, communications, or growth experience at startups or tech environments.
• Crypto or web3 native with understanding of community trust-building.
• Ability to operate independently and deliver campaigns with minimal guidance.
• Strong writing skills capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Hands-on content skills: video chopping, captioning, and quick repurposing.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch: develop and execute go-to-market strategy for public debut.
• Define and build the brand voice to balance seriousness with accessibility.
• Run socials: establish tone, grow platform presence, build audience.
• Activate influencers and partners in crypto/web3 space.
• Drive content production across formats and channels.
• Coordinate appearances: podcasts, interviews, conferences, briefs.
• Write press releases, announcements, newsletters, and platform copy.
• Manage content calendar aligned to milestones and events.
• Track performance and derive improvements for future campaigns.
