Job summary

Wanderwell Collective is seeking a detail-oriented Cruise Reservation Specialist to join our remote team. You will help clients select, book and manage cruise vacations, drawing on cruise industry knowledge to tailor options to preferences and budgets.

Strong communication, sales acumen, and organizational skills are essential for success in this fully remote role with flexible scheduling and client follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Sales-oriented with passion for helping clients plan vacations.
• Proficiency with online booking, CRM software and Office suite.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• CLIA or travel/cruise certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with cruise inquiries, reservations and modifications via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide guidance on destinations, itineraries, ship amenities and travel requirements.
• Process bookings and payments accurately per policy.
• Maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on promotions, policies and travel regulations.
• Collaborate with cruise partners to secure deals and perks.
• Address concerns and troubleshoot booking issues professionally.
• Upsell additional services such as excursions and insurance.
