Job summary

Hallford Travels is seeking a friendly Cruise Booking Agent to join our remote team. In this role you will assist clients with cruise inquiries, help coordinate vacations, and support the booking process from start to finish.

You will work from home, using email and online booking platforms to research itineraries, compare options, confirm reservations, and keep accurate records. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort using email, online booking platforms, and basic computer tools.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professional communication style.
• Experience in customer service, travel, or cruise planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients interested in booking cruise vacations.
• Assist clients with researching and coordinating cruise options, including lines, itineraries, stateroom options, and onboard packages.
• Answer client questions and provide information about destinations, ships, and travel requirements.
• Communicate with cruise suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings.
• Stay informed about cruise promotions, new itineraries, and supplier updates.
• Offer assistance to clients before and after their cruise to ensure a smooth travel experience.
