Careers In Travel | Destination Pros seeks an Adventure Coordinator to assist clients in choosing, booking, and managing cruise vacations. You will leverage cruise knowledge to tailor options to client preferences, budgets, and needs in a fully remote role.

This position emphasizes excellent communication, sales acumen, and organizational skills to deliver seamless experiences and drive repeat business. Remote work with flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings.
• Sales-oriented mindset with passion for helping clients plan vacations.
• Familiarity with online booking systems, CRM, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• CLIA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with cruise inquiries, reservations, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide expert guidance on cruise destinations, itineraries, ship amenities, and travel requirements.
• Process bookings and payments while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on cruise promotions, policies, and travel regulations.
• Collaborate with cruise partners to secure best deals and perks.
• Address client concerns and troubleshoot booking issues professionally.
• Upsell travel services such as excursions, insurance, and pre/post-cruise stays.
