Job summary

ARCH Global Precision is seeking a Multi-Site Quoter (salary exempt) to estimate, quote, and track bidding activity across ARCH Cutting Tools business units. This remote role favors candidates in the Midwest or Northeast and requires the ability to work with Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to assemble accurate quotes.

You will travel to other sites as needed to learn capabilities, coordinate quote reviews, and maintain the quote database while reporting results to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level communication skills; ability to write professionally for multiple outlets.
• Experience in manufacturing or quoting roles is required.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFQs in a timely manner.
• Gather information from Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to quote jobs.
• Prepare documents for Quote Review.
