Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in clerical/office.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1+ year in clerical/office.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage databases: data entry, maintenance and reporting.
• Distribute standard metric/required reports and documentation.
• Participate in re-engineering of claims workflows with crop teams.
• Provide analysis related to crop operations reporting.
• Act as liaison with Call Center on claim assignments.
• Support platforms including Coupa, Drone ops, Hi Marley, DocuSign, SharePoint.
