Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years clerical/office experience OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 1+ year clerical/office experience.
• Experience with insurance operations and multiple platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support office functions and data entry across multiple platforms.
• Generate, distribute, and ensure accuracy of standard reports.
• Assist in re-engineering claims workflows and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Call Center as liaison for claim assignments.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and escalate as needed.
• Support a wide range of platforms including Coupa, Drone ops, Hi Marley, DocuSign, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
