Job summary

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator for maternity leave coverage (Aug 2026–Dec 2026). You’ll manage email and SMS programs across client accounts, from briefing to QA and performance reporting, using Klaviyo and other ESPs.

With 2+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and deliver flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CRM/lifecycle marketing experience.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar ESP preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and track record of achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple accounts.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Write and traffic email/SMS briefs with internal teams and clients to keep content moving.
• Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo and other ESPs with personalization.
• Troubleshoot rendering and linking issues for flawless delivery.
• Pull and analyze CRM performance data weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Monitor triggers, segments, and integrations; flag anomalies with data.
• Own task management in the PM system and keep content up to date.
• Maintain organized client files and shared resources.
• Build strong client relationships and share CRM best practices.
