Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis or CRM analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM campaign performance across multiple channels.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for campaigns.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for key CRM KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and Python.
