Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge support with scheduled client calls and platform navigation.
• Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify red flags or compliance issues and escalate per company rules.
