• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation while upholding compliance.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA discipline, and perform proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes without exposing personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags or incidents and escalate per company rules.
