Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, concise communication within the Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation while following compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA discipline, and perform proactive outreach when appropriate.
• CRM Administration: Keep client notes accurate, timely, and complete in the CRM.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate issues per company rules.
