• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and perform proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes without exposing personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, or security incidents and escalate per policy.
