Job summary

Widener University seeks an Advancement CRM Administrator to manage the CRM system supporting fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor stewardship. The role reports to the Executive Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Services and ensures data integrity, security, and compliance.

The Administrator partners with Advancement staff, University IT, and external vendors to drive efficiency, data‑driven decisions, and enhanced user experience across the advancement tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years administering CRM or enterprise databases in higher education, advancement, or nonprofit settings.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, and user support for CRM systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Advancement CRM and related technologies.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and new functionalities.
• Manage integrations with campus systems and data imports/exports.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows to support fundraising and engagement.
• Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for CRM users.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders on technology roadmaps and projects.
