Synthires is seeking a board-certified Critical Care Physician to remotely evaluate AI-generated clinical responses. You will assess accuracy, safety, and alignment with evolving standards of care, reviewing de-identified patient charts and comparing AI outputs.

This hourly contract offers flexible, part-time hours and fully remote engagement within the United States. Prior critical care practice and strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine by ABMS or AOA.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.

Mansioni

• Evaluate AI-generated critical care responses for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Review de-identified patient charts and compare two AI answers.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors affecting patient safety.
