Job summary

Synthires is seeking board-certified Infectious Disease physicians for a remote hourly contract to evaluate AI medical models. Contractors will review de-identified charts and assess AI-generated responses to infectious disease queries, helping improve clinical accuracy and patient safety. The role requires MD/DO, active U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Infectious Disease.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated infectious disease responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review de-identified patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
