Job summary

HealthSource Integrated Solutions, Inc. seeks a Crisis Clinician to perform crisis assessments and provide risk assessment, counseling, and referrals via televideo and phone support.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with families, CMHCs, hospitals, and other providers to connect individuals with resources and support their recovery and treatment. A Master’s degree and licensure eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board.
• Maintain licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board.
• Two years of client-related services experience.
• One year of crisis intervention experience.
• One year in CMHCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments, including risk and safety, interventions, and referrals.
• Collaborate with family, treating team, and external providers to support recovery.
• Provide education, supportive counseling, problem solving, and referrals.
• Coordinate referrals to community services including behavioral health and substance use.
• Respond to calls during shifts and maintain professional, trauma-informed care.
