Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (including internships).
• Knowledge of CDFI lending, tax credits or impact investing is a plus.
• Experience building financial models and data analysis; fluency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Loan origination and underwriting support (credit analysis, due diligence, structuring).
• Portfolio management support and monitoring of loan portfolio and reporting.
