Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) seeks a Corporate Development Manager to lead the implementation and management of corporate partnerships, driving measurable outcomes and donor impact. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and steward partner relationships to fuel housing and community development efforts.

You will work in a flexible environment with remote or hybrid options, traveling up to 25% for conferences and partner events, including opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of fundraising and/or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned corporate partnerships and ensure deliverables and timelines are fulfilled.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support partnership goals and objectives.
• Maintain partnership information in CRM systems, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and related tools.
• Track partnership results and lead the creation of donor impact and stewardship reports.
• Manage logistics for Habitat-sponsored events and partner engagement activities.
