Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers (trading as Blue Cloud) is hiring a Credentialing Specialist for a remote full-time position. You will coordinate initial and renewal credentialing, verify provider documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across our pediatric ASC network.

The role emphasizes high attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, supporting quality patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in credentialing
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with credentialing processes or healthcare administration preferred
• Knowledge of licensing and credentialing requirements preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate initial credentialing and re-credentialing for providers
• Collect, review, and verify required provider documentation
• Conduct primary and secondary source verifications
• Identify discrepancies and follow up to resolve issues
• Monitor licenses, certifications, and expiring documents
• Maintain provider and facility records in credentialing systems
• Assist providers with licensing and credentialing inquiries
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Maintain organized electronic files
• Provide timely follow-up on outstanding items and renewals
