Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for a remote, full-time role. You will gather and finalize provider credentialing files and liaise with providers and facilities nationwide to obtain hospital privileges.

Responsibilities include managing credentialing processes, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate records while meeting deadlines. Strong organization, research, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning proprietary software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete provider credentialing files.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare facilities nationwide.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, fax, and written correspondence.
• Update providers, medical staff offices, and internal teams on credentialing progress.
• Manage workload in the VISTA application and keep records up to date.
