Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with healthcare facilities nationwide to understand credentialing processes.
• Ensure provider credentialing files are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, fax, and written correspondence.
• Provide backup to team members and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Update credentialing process communications to providers, medical staff offices and internal teams.
• Prioritize work using the VISTA application and keep detailed records.
