Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Credentialing Operations to lead the Credentialing Team in ensuring accurate provider credentialing and re-credentialing.

The role oversees production, quality, service levels, and escalations while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong provider experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Provider Operations Credentialing, this fully remote position is open to US residents (excluding Alaska and several states).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing, re-credentialing, provider enrollment, or related function.
• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience supporting high-volume production teams.
• 1+ year experience using data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates departmental performance with data, metrics, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead day-to-day credentialing operations, planning workloads, queue management, service levels, quality and escalations.
• Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to implement change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Conducts root-cause analysis on systemic issues and creates action plans.
