MedPOINT Management is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This hybrid role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of credentialing data for healthcare providers.

The position is remote, supporting operations from Sherman Oaks, CA, with opportunities to contribute to data integrity and regulatory adherence. Ideal candidates have data-entry/credentialing experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent organizational abilities,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Prior data-entry/credentialing or healthcare administration experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, or other credentialing standards is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate provider credentialing data into internal systems and databases
• Process and verify credentialing applications, licenses, and certifications for healthcare providers
• Audit and update existing provider records to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Coordinate with credentialing specialists to track application statuses and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and organize credentialing files and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding provider data and credentialing records
• Support the credentialing team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
