Vituity is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to facilitate hospital credentialing, track progress in Salesforce, and maintain up-to-date credentials for providers. The role requires 1 year of related experience and an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience required.
• Associate degree in related field; or a combination of education and work experience that demonstrates the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by the duties of the position.
• Ability to express ideas and convey information effectively in verbal and written communications.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing tight deadlines; work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hospital credentialing/privileging and licensure needs; coordinate application paperwork and monitor schedules.
• Track progress in Salesforce Credentialing database for stakeholder updates.
• Maintain current credentials data for all physicians and advanced providers.
• Assist with follow-up to obtain required paperwork and copies of credentials.
• Scan and organize provider/employee/contractor documents into electronic files.
