Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with VHA policies, directives, memos and notices of The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, recommendations by the OIG and GAO and other auditors.
• Serves as SME to LIPs and Service Chiefs regarding C&P including OPPE/FPPE; reviews VetPro reports for issues.
• Identifies and researches regulations to determine corrective actions; maintains accurate provider data in VetPro.
