• Build and maintain deep, long‑term relationships with TikTok Shop creators—becoming a trusted partner, not just a campaign manager.
• Execute multi‑channel creator outreach campaigns (email, SMS, DMs, platform‑native messaging) to grow Spotlight Media’s creator network.
• Establish Spotlight Media as a go‑to partner for creators by consistently delivering value, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Identify high‑potential creators and actively cross‑pollinate them across multiple Spotlight‑managed brands over time.
• Ensure top creators feel prioritized, supported, and excited to work with Spotlight repeatedly—not one‑off.
