BrandCycle is an influencer and affiliate marketing platform representing thousands of creators. BrandCycle is hiring a Manager, Creator Community & Content to lead growth and engagement across its creator network, owning channels and content that keeps creators active and earning.

This role blends community management with content strategy and a revenue mandate, shaping what creators see and hear from us while measuring activations, retention, and earnings. Remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social media, community management or influencer marketing.
• Experience managing social media groups or online communities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with creators and influencers.
• Proficiency in email marketing using Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar.
• Familiarity with design tools Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers: creators activated, retained, and earnings growth.
• Manage community channels: respond, moderate, and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Educate and inspire the community with always-on content to maximize earnings.
• Turn brand moments into creator earnings by packaging campaigns into actionable content.
• Be the voice of the creator across BrandCycle, aligning with company goals.
• Test and learn to boost engagement and value for creators.
