The position supports a fully remote global team and is part of an evergreen talent pool for future client opportunities. Day-to-day involves researching audiences, crafting briefs and concepts, analyzing performance, and collaborating with marketing teams to refine objectives and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative strategy, paid social marketing, direct-response copywriting, or a comparable role.
• Portfolio or examples of concepts, briefs, scripts, and campaigns linked to clear business objectives.
• Understanding of audience research, marketing funnels, hooks, offers, CTAs, and creative testing.
• Ability to interpret available campaign feedback and explain decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research audiences, competitors, creative trends, and customer pain points to identify ideas and messaging angles.
• Write clear briefs, scripts, hook concepts, storyboards, and testing hypotheses for static ads, video, and UGC.
• Review creative performance with available data, identify learnings, and propose next iterations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, creative leads, editors, designers, and creators to clarify objectives and improve execution.
• Present strategic recommendations, prioritize test roadmaps, and document results and creative learnings.
