Job summary

Growthub Agency in the US is hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to join our remote, pod-based team. You’ll research audiences, draft scripts and briefs, and learn the system we use to turn raw insights into scroll-stopping ads.

You’ll work directly under your Pod Lead or Senior Creative Strategist, who will train you across our full methodology—from root-cause problem analysis to building buyer personas and mapping awareness, with the aim of owning client work end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and direct-response instincts.
• Genuine interest in DTC / Meta Ads / performance marketing.
• Sharp research skills with thorough execution.
• Organized and coachable with fast feedback adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Research the market: study audiences, competitors, ad accounts, and trends to feed strategy.
• Draft video ad briefs and scripts under guidance of the Senior CS.
• Develop and pressure-test creative angles based on root causes, personas and awareness.
• Support the Creative Strategy Plan with research and ideas for monthly client plans.
• Collaborate with Creator Managers & Video Editors to translate briefs into high-quality creative.
• Learn to read ad performance and contribute to iteration hypotheses.
• Hit production targets and manage deadlines.
