Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a Creative Project Manager (Temporary) to guide marketing sprint execution across Brand teams. You will manage project flow, schedule resources, route proofs, and ensure timely delivery within the Creative Studio. Reports to the Director, Creative Operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Creative Services and 5–7 years in project management, with Workfront experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Remote work from a US-based location is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Creative Services experience; print production a plus.
• 5–7 years in a project management role in a creative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Workfront or comparable project management tool experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the status of all projects across Brands and Lead Status meetings.
• Receive project requests and work orders, plan schedules, and allocate resources in Workfront.
• Oversee daily sprint execution workflow and ensure process adherence.
• Route proofs and ensure timelines are met.
• Support Go-To-Market operating model enhancements and issue resolution.
