Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Creative Product Technologist, Data & AI in Raleigh to design and ship data-visualization, measurement, data-capture, web-app, and AI-enabled tools for sports and entertainment clients. You’ll prototype rapidly, translate briefs into technical specs, and build dashboards and interactive reports with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years building and shipping digital products (web apps/dashboards).
• AI-native workflow: use AI tools to compress build cycles from weeks to days.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining paths forward.
• Product design and UI/UX with advanced Figma skills, move from wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Data fluency and visualization with APIs, BI tools, SQL, and data models.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design-production capabilities.
• Strong documentation habits to make prototypes repeatable.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and ship fan-facing and internal tools (data-visualization, dashboards, web-apps).
• Translate briefs and goals into specs, user flows, data models and prototypes.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows (OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic) for rapid prototyping and QA.
• Build dashboards and visual frameworks from performance, social, CRM data.
• Create high-fidelity UI/UX assets and landing page sketches for outputs.
• Collaborate with Performance & Insights and data/engineering partners to turn ideas into outputs.
• Document tools, workflows, limitations, and patterns for scalability.
