Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Creative Producer to act as a key client-facing partner and drive project execution from start to finish. You will join a remote team, shaping scopes, guiding clients through decision-making, and partnering with production leadership to move work smoothly while protecting the client experience and the integrity of the work.

This role blends sales, strategy, and delivery, requiring strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in creative production, account management, project management, or client services.
• Strong background in film, video, content production, or campaign execution.
• Ability to scope creatively and think strategically about how work gets made.
• Excellent project management with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Confident client-facing presence and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for new leads and guide prospects from inquiry through close.
• Scope projects with a production lens balancing budget, timing, resourcing, and output.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing in collaboration with leadership and internal creative leads.
• Lead projects end-to-end with timelines, deliverables, and clear communication.
• Identify risks, efficiencies, and opportunities early and manage client expectations.
