Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking an Agency Producer to partner with our in-house production team and clients. You will manage projects from brief to delivery, serving as the connective tissue between creative, production, and client teams to ensure clarity, quality, and on-time execution.

This role blends client service, problem-solving, and organized project management in a fast-growing creative studio environment. Remote-friendly with US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Calm, proactive approach under pressure.
• Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks or scope changes and align the team accordingly.
• Coordinate with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow.
