As a Creative Producer, you’ll partner with the Magic creative studio to manage brand, marketing, and product-launch projects, keeping work moving from brief to delivery and ensuring timetables, resources, and stakeholders stay aligned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative production, project management, or similar roles at tech companies, agencies, or in-house studios.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects.
• Excellent communication with creative teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership.
• Good creative judgment and high-quality design appreciation.
• Experience working with designers, developers, and other creatives.
• Bonus: background in design or hands-on experience with creative tools/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief to production and delivery, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Own intake and coordination of creative requests across teams and allocate resources.
• Plan projects with the Creative Director, manage priorities, and organize workload.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, copywriters, and external collaborators.
• Align on goals, timelines, and deliverables with Marketing, Product, and other teams.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates.
• Identify blockers early, resolve dependencies, and improve team operations.
